The holidays are approaching fast!  Have you already gotten all of your gifts?  For those last minute shoppers looking to get someone a beautiful new car for Christmas we only have a few days before Christmas is here.  Below are our hours that our doors will be open for you to finish your shopping.

Hyundai was named as the top automotive brand in the Strategic Vision's Total Value Awards

For the first time in 18 years, Hyundai Motor Company was ranked first in the automotive industry in Strategic Vision's Total Value Awards.  Four Hyundai models took first place in their categories:  The Hyundai Sonata scored top marks in the midsize sedan category, the Genesis Coupe won the premium coupe category, the Elantra got high marks in the small cars category and the Equus beat all the competitors in the luxury car segment.

What changes to expect on the new 2014 Sonata

You can expect to see a few changes to the new 2014 Hyundai Sonata that has already hit dealerships.  If you've always been a fan on the Sonata then you will probably like this car a lot more with these added features!  The Sonata GLS will now come with a driver blind spot mirror, side mirror turn signals and a 4.3" touch audio display with a back-up camera.  The SE with the premium package will now come with Blind Spot Detection Technology and dual A/C.  Although, you will not see many changes to the Limited model, other than LED tail lights.  The price will change, but not a whole lot; the base model 2013 Sonata was $21,195 while the base model 2014 Sonata will be $22,145.  If you're looking for a great deal, now is the time to make a purchase on a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata because Hyundai is offering rebates up to $3,000 and financing as low as 0%.

Changes to the new 2014 Hyundai Elantra

You can expect to see a few changes to the new 2014 Hyundai Elantra when it is released later this fall.  The new 2014 Elantra will get a 2.0 liter engine versus the previous 1.8 liter, giving the Elantra a little boost in horsepower at 175 hp.  In order to save on the MPG's, the Elantra will feature a start-stop system that will automatically shut down the engine when idle.  Other changes will include LED daytime running lights, heated steering wheel, new wheel options and the trip computer which can be connected to your smart phone.

2013 Hyundai Elantra Sedan Earns IIHS Top Ten Safety Pick

Out of six small cars, the 2013 Hyundai Elantra Sedan received the highest honors from IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) top ten safety pick.  IIHS rates vehicles in front crash, side impact and rollover tests as well as the seats and head restraints on how they protect the occupant when involved in a rear end collision.  In addition to the Elantra, the 2013 Sonata, Azera, Equus, Genesis, Tucson and the Santa Fe all earned IIHS Top Ten Safety Pick honors.

Hyundai sets another record for June!

Hyundai Motor America announced that June was another record breaking month.  Sales were up 2% from this same period in 2012 totaling in 65,0007 units being sold. The Genesis winning the J.D. Power's trophy for highest initial quality in the midsize premium car segment and the all-new Santa Fe being named the Automobile Magazine's family cross-over for 2013 helped contribute to such high sales.

2013 Hyundai Veloster earned the #1 spot on KBB.com's Ten Coolest Cars under $18,000

The Hyundai Veloster took the number one spot on KBB.com's top 10 coolest cars under $18,000 list.  KBB.com editors determine which cars make it on the list based on which cars are not only fun to drive but are also fun to own.  The editors applauded the Veloster for it's unique design and stylish interior.

Hyundai Sets All-Time May Sales Record

Hyundai recently announced some outstanding news regarding it's sales in the Month of May. The 2 top performers were the Sonata and the Elantra.  Selling 20,000 and 25,000 vehicles respectively in May.  Hyundai also achieved its fastest selling rate ever !

USAA Names the Hyundai Elantra a Top Car for Teens

Recently, USAA released it's second annual Top Ten for Teens roster to highlight vehicles that are not only priced below $25,000 but also rank highest in safety, reliability, and reasonable insurance costs.  The Hyundai Elantra is a great car for teens with an average of 38 MPG, a base price of $16,965 and this vehicle comes standard with air conditioning and cruise control.  So, if you're looking to buy your teen a new car the Hyundai Elantra is a great choice!

Starting on May 16, 2013 all Blue-link equipped new vehicles purchases will come with Hyundai Motor America's new Assurance Connected Care that was recently launched at the New York International Auto Show.  Assurance Connected Care will provide Hyundai owners with proactive safety and car care services such as automatic collision notifications, SOS emergency assistance, enhanced roadside assistance, monthly vehicle health reports, recalls, maintenance alerts and much more.

The 3-Row Santa Fe takes Best Third Row Midsize SUV Award

The U.S. News & World Report has named the all new 2013 Santa Fe as the best 3-row Midsize SUV.  In order for a vehicle to qualify for this award, U.S. News & World Report combines a vehicle's quality which is based on safety and reliability as well as the vehicle's value which is based on it's 5 yr total cost of ownership.  The all new 2013 3-row Santa Fe is expected to hit dealerships this Spring.

HYUNDAI MOTOR AMERICA POSTS ALL-TIME FULL YEAR SALES RECORD

Hyundai Motor America has announced an all-time sales record for the not only December, but for 2012!  Hyundai was up 9% from their previous record year in 2011.  Hyundai's two, top-ten retail-selling cars for 2012, the Sonata and the Elantra have also set a full-year record.  The Sonata was up 2% from last year and the Elantra was up 8% from last year.  The newly designed Accent was also up 10% in sales from 2011.
