A Look At The All New 2012 Hyundai Accent

The all new 2012 Hyundai Accent features some changes such as more power, better fuel economy, cabin space, and up-graded safety features.  The all new Accent will now feature a 5 door hatchback and a 4 door sedan.  Both cars will have either a 6 speed manual transmission or a 5 speed automatic.  The car will feature a 1.6 liter, 4 cylinder, engine with 28 more horse power than the previous 2011 accent; giving it a total of 138 hp with added torque.  The 2012 Accent improves in fuel economy with a 40 mpg rating and will also feature the ECO function that improves fuel economy by remapping the engine and transmission responses.  The 2012 will also keep the brand’s “fluidic sculpture” design.  It will be slightly longer, allowing for more interior space and passenger room.  Along with those changes, the Accent will also have some up-graded safety features such as; vehicle stability and control, traction control, and anti-lock brakes with brake assist.  Hyundai also added internal beams in the rear door and a mechanism to disperse collision forces allowing for more protection for the passengers.  The all new 2012 Accent is expected to hit dealerships this summer.
