2013 Genesis Coupe reveals more aggressive design coupled with serious performance credentials

Hyundai Motor America introduced the re-designed 2013 Genesis Coupe on January 9th at the Detroit North American International Auto Show.  The new Genesis Coupe will be sporting a more aggressive styling.  The 3.8L V6 engine will have a more sophisticated direct-injection technology and the 2.0L turbo will be upgraded to a more precise twin-scroll turbocharger and larger intercooler.  The automatic transmission for these two models will now have 8-speeds, with paddle-shift manual-shift capability.  Bluelink will also be available, providing the Genesis Coupe owner with a variety of infotainment services to meet their individual connectivity needs.  The new Genesis Coupe will also be getting a refreshed exterior design with a new front fascia, grille, headlight, fog light, hood design, new 18-19 inch wheels, telescopic steering and available LED daytime running lights.  The 3.8L V6 engine will get 348 horsepower, 295 lb.-ft torque and improved fuel economy.
